Can brands pay for a better review or higher ranking?
No. Our NexaScore is calculated from objective testing data — specs, benchmarks, lab results, and verified buyer review aggregation. No amount of money changes a product's score. We have declined paid placement offers and will continue to do so.
Do you only recommend products you earn commissions on?
No. We recommend the best products in each category regardless of affiliate availability. If the best product in a category has no affiliate program, we still recommend it and link to it. Our readers' trust is worth more than any commission.
Do affiliate commissions affect which products you review?
We select products to review based on market relevance, buyer interest, and competitive significance — not commission rates. A product with a 0.5% commission gets the same rigorous review as one with a 5% commission.
Are all affiliate links labeled?
